Push & Pull Load Tester

The Push & Pull Load Tester is AMT’s quality validation instrument, designed to verify that crimped connections meet the pull force specifications required by automotive and electrical industry standards. Every crimped terminal must withstand a minimum tensile load without separation — this tester provides the measurement capability to confirm that requirement on the production floor.

The unit operates on a manual lever mechanism, giving operators direct tactile feedback during the pull test while the built-in electronics automatically capture and display the peak force value. This automatic peak recording eliminates the need for operators to watch a gauge during the test — they simply pull until failure or target load, and the instrument records the maximum force achieved. Results are accurate, repeatable, and suitable for quality documentation.

At 150 x 150 x 500 mm and 11 kg on 230V power, the tester has a compact footprint that fits into quality control stations alongside production lines. Its solid construction ensures stable readings even in active factory environments, while the relatively light weight for a testing unit allows repositioning between workstations as needed.
