Unique E/F Crimping Applicator

The Unique E/F is the end-feed counterpart to AMT’s flagship Unique series, designed for production setups where terminals feed from the strip end rather than the side. This feed orientation is essential for certain terminal geometries and machine configurations where lateral space is limited or where the terminal carrier strip must approach the crimping zone head-on.

At 4.7 kg with a 135 mm shut height, the Unique E/F maintains a compact profile while delivering the same quick-change capability and adjustable crimp load that define the Unique series. Operators can independently calibrate compression on conductor and insulation barrels, ensuring that crimp specifications are met regardless of wire gauge or terminal material variations across production runs.

The end-feed mechanism handles terminal strips fed from automatic dereelers, pulling each terminal into position for crimping with consistent pitch accuracy. This makes the Unique E/F well-suited for automated wire processing lines in automotive harness plants, where end-feed applicators are often specified by equipment OEMs for their crimp-and-strip machines.
